Although at times difficult to choose, here is a collection of posts that provide a snapshot of Spaghettipie in 2008.
Jan – Coffee Talk – http://spaghettipie.wordpress.com/2008/01/26/coffee-talk/ – My daughter is such a huge part of my life and inspiration for many blog posts. I find it fitting to start with her.

Mar – A sleeping milestone – http://spaghettipie.wordpress.com/2008/03/13/a-sleeping-milestone/ – Sleeping, or lack thereof, is a big issue in our home.
Apr – Going Deep – http://spaghettipie.wordpress.com/2008/04/14/going-deep/ – A passion of mine is building community. I posted a few thoughts about that here.
May – Being Fully Present – http://spaghettipie.wordpress.com/2008/05/21/being-fully-present/ – Are you fully present in the relationships in your life?
Jun – What’s in a prayer – http://spaghettipie.wordpress.com/2008/06/26/whats-in-a-prayer/ – A time of corporate prayer lead me to a few revelations.
July – A Change of Heart – http://spaghettipie.wordpress.com/2008/07/24/a-change-of-heart/ – This post came out of a difficult time with a family member. As usual, God chose to change me, rather than the situation.
Aug – Lessons from the Island: Simplicity – http://spaghettipie.wordpress.com/2008/08/22/lessons-from-the-island-simplicity/ – Ah, the island life! A glimpse into living simply.
Sept – Leave it at the Cross – http://spaghettipie.wordpress.com/2008/09/16/leave-it-at-the-cross/ – A powerful visual image that helped me through a difficult situation.
Oct – The Goal of Parenting – http://spaghettipie.wordpress.com/2008/10/23/the-goal-of-parenting/ – Although plain to many, this concept has shaped the way I parent.
Oct - 2.5 Feet – http://spaghettipie.wordpress.com/2008/10/24/25-feet/ – Okay, okay, I had a hard time choosing! I think this is one of my favorite stories about my daughter. It’s fitting to go with the other parenting post, right?
Nov – God Math and Gratitude – http://spaghettipie.wordpress.com/2008/11/19/god-math-and-gratitude/ – When 1 + 1 does not equal 2.
Dec – A Creative Child – http://spaghettipie.wordpress.com/2008/12/03/a-creative-child/ – I started with my daughter, and I’ll end with her. What can I say? I love being her mom.

I loved completing this exercise – what a great way to reflect over all that God has done this past year. When I read through my January and February posts, I could hardly believe some of those thoughts occurred in 2008!

A Sleeping Milestone was my favorite and it got me thinking.
I know the impact of a lack of quality sleep and it’s horrible.
