Struggling to Find Motivation was my favorite.

If Mary happens to read this, here’s the keys:
    - Make your workout your first thing in the morning
    - Make it easy to throw on shoes and just do it as soon as you alarm hits
    - the key is don’t give yourself a chance to talk yourself out of it

Most importantly, find a way to enjoy it:
    - play your favorite songs on your way to your workout
    - during your workout, play your favorite songs

The key is if it’s not feeling good along the way, find another treat.

Here’s the secret – don’t reward yourself at th end, instead link the workout to good feelings … from the beginning to end. This doesn’t mean you won’t have pain along the way, it just means that you have to use things like favorite sneakers, favorite songs, favorite exercises … etc. … and trade a “great’ workout for “good enough”

    Good luck.
