Decisions, Decisions was my favorite post.
I was glad to see that the decision was based on ranking the items in terms of value versus just counting the pros and cons. Counting pros and cons is one of the worst decision making methods that people learn early on and then it sticks with them. It’s not quantity … it’s quality.
