Lucille Zimmerman, M. A., is a counselor in private practice in Littleton, CO. She has taught in the Master of Arts in Counseling program at Colorado Christian University. Her blog offers “Help for Hurting people.” She has been married 22 years and has a 17-year old son and a 20-year old daughter. She is working on a book about theology and psychology.

    What Are You Focusing on was my favorite post.

    I’ve seen the video before and knew what to expect, but I like the fact that this was an “ah ha” moment for Lucille about changing focus and it came across in the post.
