April: Clarity = Direction :  Make time in your life to purposely quiet your mind, and find your clarity and purpose.

May: Does Money Buy Happiness? :  Although money is important, remember the real reasons in your life that make you truly happy. That’s not about the money…

June: Going Down the Road We Know : How often do we continue down paths in our life because they are comfortable?  Maybe it’s time to blaze a new path in our journey in life!

July: Defeat : Dare the mighty things you desire in your life. Sometimes you’ll win, and sometimes you’ll be defeated. To experience both success and failure makes our lives richer. Go out and live the life you desire!

August: What Are We Missing? : In our everyday lives, there is much that goes by us, and we don’t even realize it’s there. Take some time to notice those things that we’re missing, those things that have always been there.

September: Fog: Does It Slow You Down? :  Slow down when you discover fog in your life. Slow down and take the time to examine why there is fog. And then get back on the path toward living the light in your life.

October: Life Balance:  A Very Personal Pyramid : To bring our life into balance, we can look at the three area of the life balance pyramid – body, mind, and spirit.

November: Don’t Worry, Be Happy :  You have a choice. You can choose to worry when life confronts you with its challenges. Or you can choose to live your life. Taking care of what you do have control over. Yourself. Your actions.

December: Kindness Comes In Small Gestures :   Your built-in radar is picking up opportunities to share your kindness. Slow down and take a look at that screen. See what’s on there. Then take a few simple moments out of your day, out of your world – to make someone else’s world better. Be a light for others. Spread good.

Lance blogs over at The Jungle of Life.  Life can seem like a jungle sometimes, overgrown with all the “things” that are in our life. The animals that consume us (debt, busy-ness, work, family, etc) lurking around every corner. Here at “The Jungle of Life” I’m looking for you to walk through this jungle with me as I look at ways to tame this jungle we call our lives.

    All good stuff.

    Defeat was my favorite.

It’s got that nice balance of insight and story, along with personal reflection.
