My blog is a record of what God is teaching me on a daily basis and whatever else happens to be on my mind.

January: A prayer for 2008 A prayer for myself for 2008.

February: Making people a priority God is challenging me to slow down and pay attention to those He has put into my path.

March: Would you let go of the rope? Are we holding other people’s ropes when we don’t need to be?

April: Emotionally Healthy Spirituality Conference Recap A reflection on my experiences at the EHS Conference in Queens, New York.

May: Incarnational listening and prayer requests What does it mean to truly listening when others are sharing their prayer requests.

June: For whom does your church exist? We MUST choose serving others (those far from God) first and serving ourselves second.

July: Am I just what I do? I have come to the realization that I find it very difficult to differentiate who I am from what I do.

August: Life struggles Part 1 – Addiction How I have dealt with my struggles with addictions in my life.

September: Life Struggles Part 2 – Depression How I have dealt with depression in my life.

October: Are you an overfunctioner? Understanding what overfunctioning is.

November: Depleters and Replenishers A list of depleters and replenishers.

December: Are you willing to make a difference for one? We need to show one person at a time that they are valuable and loved by an almighty and loving God.

Would You Let Go of the Rope was my favorite.

I like it because of the focus on how to help others grow.
