Oh Brad, there are some real gems in here. Thanks for reminding me and sharing them again hopefully with an audience of soon to be word sell fans!
I love the way you blend serious and silly, sales and word nerdery, all washed down with a good dose of… humanity.
That is why we enjoy the conversation at your place so much. Thank you for being one of my all time favourite places to visit in the blogosphere.
