Alas, Brad…

…Another entry was added after mine, so I’m no longer last–technically, at least. I do strongly suspect, though, that, because that entry got sidetracked via “various spam filters/draft folders,” it likely arrived before mine.

(Does any of this matter? Not really–except that now my first comment on this post won’t seem so ridiculous to anyone who’s read Robert’s updated list of “All Entries”!)

Lots of great stuff! I think your critique of ‘Cluetrain’ is right on the money. Generally you will have more success influencing someone if you don’t begin by telling them they’re corrupt buffoons (even if they are).

I enjoyed this round up, some of them were written before I started blog reading, so it was a treat to dig into your archives. I liked the piece on writing an apology – it’s the sort of thing people need to know and want to learn how to do – but it’s hard to find a guide that’ll tell you how to go about it.
