Mike: My ideal customer? Hmmm... well &lt;i&gt;that's&lt;/i&gt; easy - In Texas, it's pretty much anyone who wants to save money on their electricity bill. Then very, very soon in Georgia we'll be looking for folks who want to save money on their natural gas bill.
