The Road to Victory

Howdy, y’all!

Hey, I’m not going to apologize for not writin’ so much lately. I mean, you’re not supposed to do that, right? After all, your friends don’t mind when you’re occupied with, y’know, the other stuff that sometimes just has to be done.

Still… I miss you guys! So lemme just leave you with a quick thought for the day:

The road to victory

looks a lot like

the road to defeat.

It’s just a mite longer.

I’ll be back real soon now, y’hear?

No, we don’t mind. In some ways it’s a relief, because I don’t seem to have time for the reading either :-)

Robert, we don’t mind it at all. Instead of fighting the famous “summer slump in blog traffic” I’ve decided to embrace it and allow myself and readers time to breathe and enjoy the pleasures of the season. I love the words today! Ha! It’s almost as if you were recording my prayer time this morning. :-)

No Worries, Robert. We all have priorities that we need to take care of. I’ve reading, “w” riting and revising for my new website. Take good care of yourself :-) Sheila

@Karen – It’s just so much has come together at the same time, y’know? Job hunt, book release, my pet lizard’s birthday party…

    @Sheila – I appreciate that, Sheila! Tip o’ the hat to y’all!

Robert, make sure you’re paying attention to the important things, and get it done as soon as possible, as we don’t want it to leave any side effect on your life afterward.

Please keep us inform about your latest progression, if you have the spare time! :)

Don’t worry, Robert. I am wishing you all the best for your non-blogging activities: there is a life outside the Internet, definitely! Take care.

Um, everyone has already written my thoughts, so I’d just like to leave a little parcel of moral support here, and go on my merry way. x

@Wilson – Hey, you got it, Bubba! You’ll be at least the 12th to know what’s goin’ on… ;-) And thanks for the support!

@Ulla – Thanks a herd, Ulla, for your kind thoughts and support. I’ll be posting, still, so no worries…

    Hi Robert,

Well done for ‘not apologizing’ in such an interesting manner!

Whilst writing is a great deal of fun – sometimes we all have more pressing priorities (including relaxing and enjoying the summer weather and the wonderful world which the lord has blessed us) and I certainly hope that you are able to take care of that other ’stuff which has to be done’ as you put it.

@Thanks, and a hat tip, Andrew! Hey, you’re about to move back to Australia real soon, aren’t you? You’ll be busy too.
