No Need to Stress Out!
If you're new around these parts, I just want to say how much I appreciate your dropping by! Oh, and you may want to subscribe to my feed. Thanks, and a tip o' the hat to ya!
Well, not really.
See (in case you’ve been hiding under rock and didn’t know it), this week we’re smack dab in the middle of a groupwrite project here at the Zone called What I Learned From Stress.
Now, you and I both know that dealing with stress is something we all need to learn to manage, right? I mean, who hasn’t faced a deadline, stubbed a toe, missed out on a really great opportunity, or otherwise felt a little (or a lot) of stress in their life? Yup; thought so.
So the question before the jury is: What did you learn from it?
OK; if you’re interested, just follow the link above for details. The project is open for entries from now until midnight Sunday, October 12, and the list of entries will be posted on Monday, October 13. So if you’re planning on contributing to the General Body of Knowledge, well Bubba, you’ve still got plenty of time - just don’t wait too long!
And hey, would ya do me a favor? Spread the word!
You know, it would just be absolutely finer than a frogs hair if you would subscribe to my RSS feed!

Mwa-ha-ha-ha! You’ve fallen victim to my evil plan, Joanna - to stress you out until you finally write that entry about stress!
I’m already working on my second one, this time at Transforming
Stress. The title will be something like “What I Learned From Having
to Say Goodbye…and Goodbye…and Goodbye.” My best friend, my uncle
and my mother all died within 7 weeks of one another once. Yep,
that’s the kind of thing that will do it for me. Buddhist non-
attachment has never been my strong point.
