Maybe There’s a Better Way?
Here’s a quickie for you marketers and other human-type people -
Mrs. MZM and I went to a local fish house this weekend and she had the weirdest conversation with the waitress (and I swear I’m not making this up).
Waitress: “What can I get you to drink?”
Mrs. MZM: “I’d like some coffee.”
Waitress: “You know, I wouldn’t recommend the coffee; it’s really bad. Would you like some?”
Mrs. MZM: “Uh, no – I’ll have water.”
Now correct me if I’m wrong, but instead of warning your customers away from a bad product, something you have complete control over, shouldn’t you just, you know, make it better?

Actually, that was the weird part – she seemed otherwise perfectly normal to me!
Was she, like, blonde, and, like, you know, a little, like, not-really-there? You know?
