All Entries: What I Learned From… the Law

WILFAmazing! Stupendous! Cowabunga! HubbaHubba – uh, what?

Once again folks, I am completely bowled over by the quality of the entries y’all have chosen to share with the rest of us! (And right after a leap month, too.) Yep, it’s another great turnout for this month’s group writing project: What I Learned From… the Law.

This month it was a bit of a sparse turnout, but we still had a total of 15 great entries in all; just below you’ll find the entire list. Do yourself a favor and check them all out. Heck, start a conversation, why don’cha!

Figuratively speaking (a euphemism, Brad, for maybe they do, maybe they don’t), every one finishes the phrase:

What I Learned from…

the Law, by Sarah Stewart at Sarah’s Musings
the law: insure to be sure, by Karin H. at Start/Stop
the Law, by Sam Brogher at Your Scared Seductive System
Testifying in Court, by Brad Shorr at Word Sell, Inc.
Bureaucracy, by Ellen Weber at Brain Based Business
10 Things I Learned from Law and Order, by Jackie Cameron at JackieCameron.com
Not Writing About What I Learned From the Law, by Joanna Young at Confident Writing
the Law, by Karen Hanrahan at Best of Mother Earth
What the Law Taught Me About Stress Management, by Jean Browman at Transforming Stress Into Personal Power
Personal Injury Attorneys, by Debbie Yost at Three Weddings
the Law of the Playground, by Amy Palko at Lives Less Ordinary
the Law, by Lillie Ammann at A Writer’s Words, An Editor’s Eye
the Law as Applied to Writing, by Jeanne Dininni at Writers Notes

And last, but hopefully not least,

Chaos, by Robert Hruzek at Middle Zone Musings

Y’all give yourselves a big hand, my friends! And as usual, a big tip o’ the hat to ya! Be sure to tune in next month for the next edition of What I Learned From…

A tip O’ the hat_______________________

So, what’s the subject going to be, you ask?

Well… that would be telling! So you’ll just have to stay tuned for the next edition of What I Learned From…!

Looking forward to reading the entries, Robert. I must confess that I struggled a bit with mine this month, but I was pleased with the eventual result.
Oh, and Robert, how do you do that thing with the cookies? You really did get my favourite! I don’t know… these folks with hidden talents. Who knew?

Amy, as usual, it was a wonderfully varied group of entries again. To tell you the truth, I had no idea people would find it so hard a topic! But I guess that’s what “stretching” is all about, right? I think yours fits right in there just fine.

As for the cookie thing… well, I can’t really explain it, but perhaps it’s yet another manifestation of my other gifts. I mean, you never know…

Hi Bob, these posts are fun! Haven’t read them all yet, but Amy’s is incredible. Watch out for the euphemisms, though!

Thanks, Brad – I agree with you about Amy’s.

Say – what did you mean by that anyway? :-D

Yes it is, Jackie – and that’s the beauty of WILF! Diverse viewpoint on a single topic – as Mr. Spock would say, “Fascinating.”

If you’ve got a few extra hours to kill, go to the WILF Archive and read them all!

    Robert,

Thanks for the opportunity to participate in another great WILF!

I’m just happy you could be a part of it, Jeanne! Better get ready for the next one…

Looks like I have a little time to catch up on my other writing, in the meantime–that is if I quit all this commenting and get to work! (Commenting is so much more fun, though!) ;)

Y’know; if you had two people commenting who absolutely HAD to have the last word – this could go on for weeks! :-D
