All Entries: What I Learned From Metaphors for Life

A big ol’ Texas-sized Waa-hoo (sound of big ol’ Texas sized Waa-hoo) for all the fantastic authors who joined us for this month’s group writing project: What I Learned From Life Metaphors! Thanks again for sharing your stories (and more importantly, your lessons learned) with the rest of us!

This month we had a total of 19 entries (sound of crowd cheering enthusiastically). Way to go, folks! I appreciate each and every one of ‘em.

You’ll find the entire list below (in no particular order, other than it’s how I found ‘em). Do yourself a favor and check ‘em all out. Heck, drop by the authors’ blogs and start a conversation, why don’cha!

And last, but hopefully not least, here’s three entries from yours truly (what can I say? I was inspired again!):

    Another fine collection, Robert. I’ve already read several and they are all so different. Maybe you should make this theme an annual event.

    @Brad – What I love most about these are the total variety of points of view. Stuff I’d never have thought of, usually.

    Annual topic? What an interesting idea! Actually, there’s several that I think would make good annual topics. Might have to add that to the playbook, Brad – good suggestion.

    Fabulous compilation Robert! From the titles alone I can see we have some terrific reading ahead of us, with conversations very likely each stop of the way.

    Thank you so much for continuing to host WILF for all of us, for having done a forum or two of my own I know how much work it can be, and how generous you must be with your time pulling all together: What your 19 entries represent are at least 20 blog communities, including this one we lovingly call OUR Middle Zone too!

    Now I’m off to do some reading: Love seeing some old friends here, and excited about the new names of those I’m about to meet.

    Robert,
    For some reason I thought I had until Aug. 14. Mine was “Life is like a river” and I was waiting for some digital photos my sis took of a kayak trip down the Potomac taken Aug. 3.
    Regardless, as said at my site, I’m currently in Class IV rapids paddling to stay afloat and haven’t written much.
    Do plan on enjoying the entries here, though.
