Yes, I know; I rarely post anything on Saturdays. But there’s some great stuff coming up next week I just couldn’t wait to tell you about.
See, next week (May 1) is our 26th Anniversary. And, just to commemorate the event, Mrs. MZM and I wanted to share some of the most memorable stories from our honeymoon in Hawaii. So check out Monday thru Thursday’s posts: Hawaiian Honeymoon, Parts 1-4.
Then, on Friday I leave for Chicago to attend this year’s SOBCon08. It promises to be quite the shindig, I’ll tell ya. If you plan on being there, be sure to look me up. Just look for the hat.
And finally, don’t forget that Monday, May 5th is the first Monday of the month, and you know what that means, right? (Sound of crowd cheering.) Yep; it’s WILF Day! Don’t forget; I promised another little twist this month, so I’m just tellin’ ya now; you won’t want to miss it. And if you’re wondering what the topic is going to be, well… that would be telling!

Middle Zone Musings is a comfortable place to stop, have a cup of coffee and exchange ideas, big or small, with applications in the real world. I don't ask for much, just a bit of your brain every now and then. Have a seat, take a load off, and relax...
Congrats on your anniversary!
I’ll certainly follow up next week since Hawaii is the topic. Have never been, but will likely have to break down sooner or later since my wife won’t seem to let go of the idea.
Perhaps you’ll convince me to make the trip.
It’s not that I’ve anything against Hawaii - actually looks interesting. Only thing is I never get tired of the different islands throughout the Caribbean, and since they are far easier for us to get to, we just keep checking out new ones. Still have a ways to go too.
But maybe I’m in a Caribbean rut - looking forward to some compelling Hawaii accounts.
Thanks, John! I’m sure you’ll have a great time. My only advice would be to be sure to visit several islands and not just one, like we did. You’ll have a chance to get some variety then.
We’ve spent quite a bit of time in Aruba (I used to work at the refinery there), but it’s the only Caribbean island I’ve seen. But I’ll tell ya, that electric blue water is like no other! Amazing!
Robert, Happy Anniversary to you and the Mrs.! 26 wonderful years - what a tremendous blessing! I’m looking forward to next week! Hawaii holds special memories for me, and I look forward to celebrating it again through your pictures.
