As we prepare to kick off yet another exciting edition of our What I Learned From… groupwrite projects, I’d like to offer, for your reflection, the following question:
What would your life be like without friends?
I gotta tell ya; if you’re anything like me (once again – sorry ‘bout that if you are), then that is a truly frightening prospect! Throughout every stage of our lives, we try to surround ourselves with friends, don’t we? It’s a natural part of growing up. Realizing how powerful a role our friends play in our own lives is an essential step in our development as well-rounded human beans, you know?
So for September’s WILF project, the topic is (sound of drumroll):
Yep; this month we’ll be looking at What I Learned From My Friends.
Take a few moments and ponder some of the things you’ve learned from your friends. Maybe they build you up. Maybe they encourage you. Maybe they challenge you in ways you’d never have challenged yourself. Maybe, just maybe, they’re a good enough friend to tell you the truth, whatever that truth is (sound of terrified scream).
In any case, get ready to have some fun, my friends! Our next WILF project officially kicks off next Monday, September 8!

Hi Robert! After I sang the lyrics, I mean really how can you read those lyrics without actually bursting int song. Anyway, I sang and then read and got really excited! Whoo hoo, I love my friends and I cannot imagine life without them, nor do I want to! I can’t wait to pay tribute to my peeps in a post. Great topic Robert!
