One of the things I enjoy about vacations is the way they change the rest of my time. I can enjoy anticipating the vacation. And when I return I can be re-invigorated. By breaking up my normal life when I return I appreciate it more (and feel less boxed in). For me I find this normally requires at least 2 weeks away. Something about a significant break makes a change that continues past the vacation. Shorter vacations are also nice but they don't have that additional benefit. I also enjoy reviewing the photos of my travels, and remembering the fun.John Hunters last blog post..Looting: Bankruptcy for Profit

Great stuff.
