I'm Back! Sortof…
In case you missed the news, I’ve been away for a while. (And please – don’t tell me you didn’t notice! I’d rather not know that little tidbit.)
However, as of last night (just about midnight, my time) our plane touched down. In one piece. Hopefully with me on it. (As you may have no doubt surmised, this is a pre-written post.)
Anyhoo, if you’re reading this (and you must be, or you wouldn’t, y’know, be here) I’m still sleepin’ like this kid, after our nearly 24-hour trip back from Brazil.
So please be patient, folks; there’s gonna be lots to tell (and photos to share) when I wake up!

The kid is sleeping in an sound and safe manner. I am sure that you all will be feeling very nice after seeing this.
Howdy Robert, sorry I didn’t notice you were gone
because I just ran across your blog for the very first time today and it’s already listed in my favorites. Oh by the way, I actually should have said “Howdy Neighbor” since I’m living in Spring, TX.
From now on you’ll have another regular reader here and I can’t wait for your post and pictures about your trip to Brazil. I know what you felt like once you got home from such a long trip since I have traveled several times to Germany before I got married and my hubby was allowed to stay here in Texas for good.

Just a quick note to say YEEHAW, and a big ol’ tip o’ the hat to everyone for all the prayers and well wishes from everyone! I’m working feverishly (he said, wiping sweat from his brow) to get writing again, and loading up the photos from the trip. More coming soon, so stay tuned!
Glad to have you back! I love traveling as well.
