Easter Sunday, 2009

Today, Christians throughout the world celebrate the fact that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, rose from the dead. It’s a day marked with celebration and joy as we consider His sacrifice in our place.

A sobering thought, that One so perfect, pure and holy would willingly lay down His own life as a substitution for us – just because He loved us. Kinda hard to find fault with that level of love, don’cha think? Yet some folks do. Go figure.

As for me, I’m just glad He did!

    Hi. This comment is kinda late but I just feel like commenting here because I am glad too that for the nth time, Jesus saved us from our sins. It’s nice to know that many people(or Christians) are still attending mass to celebrate with him. I attended mass yesterday and I am just so happy to see people coming to hear the word of the Lord with their families or their love ones. And although there are people who do not show their love and faith in our savior, I know that in their own little hearts they still do.
