2008 was a rich year for me in many ways. I think of it mostly as a year of transformation. All years incorporate change but this year was special. It was the year I followed Morrissey (**swoon**) on twitter! What’s more – he followed me back! I guess he is to commend or blame for my entry into blogging as he inspired my first blog. Here are some of my favourites.
September 2008 – Illusions, Delusions and Hope
What’s real? What’s not? Does it matter? Imagination and discovery give wings to self-actualisation.
October 2008 – Are You Mistaking Baggage for Precious Cargo?
Chance conversations led to thoughts on the nature of emotional baggage. The tight hold on pain and the paradox of the beauty just waiting to be found.
November 2008 – Oops no blog. I believe this was the month Morrissey followed me back and I was too busy swooning.
December 2008 – The Power of Self
Why do some people see things through while others resign themselves to a fate of misery, this blog is inspired by a very angry client, too scared to grasp the reins before him.

The Power of Self was my favorite.
> Often, blaming other people, circumstance or even ourselves for stopping us doing something blinds us to our own potential as it leaves us waiting helplessly for outside forces to change.
Well put!
