Searching for Good Links

I’m on a quest – I’m searching for links to more good blogs! (Get it? Mr. T’s gold chains? Links? Oh, never mind.)

Hey, everyone! Here’s your chance to contribute to the future of Middle Zone Musings. If you’ve got a blog or two that you would heartily recommend I check out, by all means let me know. My tastes are rather eclectic, to say the least (just check the roll in the sidebar), and I’m always looking for more.

Many thanks!

William, yours is already there, man, but I’ll check the rest out.

I tried downloading the file from your post, but my home system is on life support and doesn’t want to do anything too strenuous. I’ll try later. Thanks!

Ok, aside from MINE, here are a few I think you might find interesting..

    Futility Closet
    Hard Stuff Made Easy
    Orbit Now
    Conversation Agent

Oh wait, I have a post about blogs I enjoy! (ha HA! Double self-promo!)

Nick, I’ve been avoiding Guy’s blog for a long time because I wanted to find other, lesser-known blogs. But I do like the guy, so what the heck, I’ll toss his in, and of course The ROK, too.

Dave, believe it or not, I added vectormonkey (love the name!) to my blog reader just before you chipped in! And Lifehacker used to be on my blogroll 6 months ago, but I got tired of it. On your recommendation, though, I’ll try it again.

Thanks for the tips, folks! If you have any more, by all means, chime in!

Right, then. My blog is in the hat. Now, more seriously, if Lifehacker isn’t in the list, then there’s just this big, gaping hole in your list making everyone wonder “Hey, what happened there? I mean, it looks like a pit bull took a hunk out of your list, or something, dude.”

    Hey Bob,

I would recommend Guy Kawasaki’s blog “How to Change the World” http://blog.guykawasaki.com/

If your interested in trends of social networking I would recommend “Mashable” http://mashable.com/

And as az said if you can’t recommend your own blog, then what’s the point in having it? “The ROK” http://www.rokblog.com

Thanks, Az. You’re right, why not vote for yourself? That’s what I’d do, too.

First, I’d like to tout my own blog, Forest Azuaron, because if you can’t recommend your own blog, then what’s the point in having it? ;-)

Also, the blog Poorer Than You is a good finance blog created by a friend.

Bubbles In My Head is a good resource for anyone who likes learning about writing fiction.

Finally, The Incomplete Works Of… is a new blog started by my girlfriend full of all kinds of odd, experimental, and otherwise excellent poetry.
